For visitors at Good Samaritan Hospital

We care about your experience at our facility, so we provide convenient resources for you, including dining spots and nearby lodging options.

Visiting our hospital

If you're visiting our hospital, we want your time with us to be comfortable and welcoming. We work to provide you with resources that help make your visit as smooth as possible.

Information for our visitors

We prioritize your experience at our hospital and have provided some helpful information for your visit.

Visiting hours

We are committed to the safety of our patients, colleagues, physicians and volunteers. At our facility, we strive to provide clear information and a welcoming environment for you and your loved ones.

Our visiting hours are from 8:00am to 8:00pm, seven days a week.

Visitation restrictions

Circumstances may allow for specific exceptions to any visitation restrictions described on this webpage. Those circumstances include religious visitation as well as a designated support person for a patient with a disability to provide assistance with communication or other necessary components of the patient's treatment. All persons entering under an exception remain subject to appropriate infection control protocols.

Dining at our hospital

For your comfort, we offer on-site dining options at our facility. You are welcome to visit the Acorn Coffee Bar or The Oak Tree Café, where we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both of these options are conveniently located in our hospital's basement. Additionally, an ATM and vending machines are available 24/7 for your convenience.

Smoking policy

Our facility is tobacco-free and smoke-free. The use of these substances is prohibited in our hospital, as well as in vehicles owned or leased by the hospital. In addition, we do not provide areas on campus designated for smoking.

We are committed to providing a safe, clean and healthy environment for you and your family, as well as our employees and doctors. By doing this, we are also helping reduce:

  • Risks to those who use tobacco
  • Risks of secondhand smoke for others.
  • Risk of asthma and other lung-related diseases.

Spiritual care support
