What is a great catch?
A great catch is an event or circumstance which had the potential to cause an incident or critical incident but did not actually occur due to corrective action and/or timely intervention.
Why report?
By sharing regional learnings we can strengthen the quality culture of Good Samaritan Hospital and create a safer system by reducing the number of incidents and adverse events.
