Radiation oncology services transitioning to community provider

Good Samaritan radiation oncology services will transition to a new provider effective September 30, 2025.

June 26, 2025

Good Samaritan Hospital has made the strategic decision to close its radiation therapy service and remove the outpatient radiation oncology clinic located at 15400 National Avenue, Suite 100, Los Gatos, CA 95032 from its hospital license effective September 30, 2025. Effective September 30, 2025, OneOncology’s local network provider, Pacific Cancer Care, will establish care at the existing clinic at 15400 National Avenue, Suite 100, Los Gatos, CA 95032 upon the closure of the hospital service and clinic.

This transition allows for the service line to continue to be offered to the community. We understand that OneOncology plans to strategically invest in new equipment and infrastructure and efficiently maintain operations at the radiation oncology center.

As we approach this closure, rest assured that our team is committed to working with each impacted colleague and patient to ensure a seamless transition for all affected parties.
